Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. EXCELLENT service and awareness at breakfast regarding a Coeliac diet - allergen sheet provided, questions answered and reassurances given. Nice choice of GF breakfast cereals separate to others. Comfortable and modern room with everything you could need. Lots of hot water and great shower.

My room (floor) wasn't as clean as it has been during previous stays at the hotel - a few bits of food, from previous occupant on the floor when I arrived (all other cleaning, bathroom etc very good).

I chose this hotel for its location.

The location to the train station just steps away, as well as to restaurants and the North Lane, where you can find lots of little shops and restaurants. The reception staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast which was included in our package was decent.

Room floor is not clean. Given the day we visited was windy and rainy, looking forward to a a hot shower. However, the water pressure of shower was super low, and the water came out to a trickle, not to mention, just warm water. Ended up telling my young kids, to wait to take a bath when we returned home the next day. Didn't want them to catch a cold. Our checkout was 12 noon. Our train back to London was at 1:50pm. Asked to leave our heavy duffle bags at hotel for an hour while we got in some last minute shopping and grab a quick lunch around town. Every other hotel I have been to, would let us leave it at the luggage storage room, however, here, they charged 3 pounds sterling for each bag! ( I had 3) Even for an extra hour or so!

Great location right next to Brighton train station and lots of shops nearby. Good space in the room and lots of natural light.

The location is ideal - so close to the station which is always welcome after a day of travelling. Everything you need to access is close by, shops, restaurants, bars etc. To get to the beach you just walk straight down. Staff were so friendly too!

Had to pay for luggage storage for the first time in my life! I think it’s fair enough if you’re taking luggage for non-guests, giving its proximity to the station. However, 3 pounds per item is a bit cheeky for guests.

the location was excellent and great to be so close to the station and town centre. liked the cafe and bar although we didn’t use it!

really wasn’t a big problem but we had an accessible shower which soaked the entire bathroom floor despite having the shower curtains closed.

Very basic rooms, bed quite firm. In all a good stay great location and room for the price.

The room size was decent and the bed was very comfortable.

Clean and modern hotel very close to Brighton station. Really good value for money and great breakfast choice at a reasonable price.

Hotel is a fair walk to the beach for people of lesser mobility however there are good bus services just outside of the hotel.
